Offshore Projects
Total Energy - North Sea
Happy card descriptiOur team provided Paint Supervision and QC Inspection services for a critical corrosion protection campaign on the K5P, K5PK, and K5A offshore platforms in the North Sea for K5CC – TOTAL ENERGY. Our responsibilities included overseeing surface preparation, coating application, conducting thorough DFT checks, and comprehensive reporting, ensuring the long-term integrity of these vital energy assets.on goes here
Nordsee-Ost Offshore Wind
Our team performed a detailed inspection of each wind turbine’s coated surfaces, assessing for mechanical damage, coating degradation, corrosion, and weather exposure. All findings were recorded to ensure the integrity of the protective systems and compliance with coating specifications and maintenance standards.
Baltic Beta
Our team provided specialized Coating Inspection services on the Baltic Beta platform in the Baltic Sea. We were responsible for the critical surface and coating inspection and repair work on the platform's mud pits. This challenging offshore role demanded meticulous attention to detail and the ability to execute complex coating repairs in a demanding environment, ensuring the integrity and longevity of essential platform infrastructure.
TAQA Energy
Our team provided comprehensive Coating Inspector/Supervisor services on the TAQA P15-G platform in the Dutch North Sea. We were responsible for supervising and executing surface preparation and coating application, alongside managing all Quality Control documentation and reporting. This included detailed work planning and on-site supervision to ensure the highest coating standards on the offshore platform
Onshore Projects
OSS Baltic Power East
Our team was responsible for comprehensive Quality Control during the surface preparation and coating application on the Trafostation East, a critical offshore substation being built by Baltic Operator and Bladt for the Baltic Power project. As QC Inspectors, we meticulously monitored each stage of the process to ensure that all coating works met the stringent quality requirements necessary for the long-term performance and corrosion protection of this vital offshore energy infrastructure.
LOTOS Labolatory Fireproofing
As a team, we were responsible for ensuring the highest standards during the Jotachar fire protection coating application on the roof structure of the Lotos Laboratory. Our scope included thorough surface preparation, continuous monitoring of environmental conditions, and precise verification of coating thickness.We ensured full compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
Ocean Wind Project
Our team of certified QC Coating Inspectors oversaw the surface protection process for various structural elements of the Ocean Wind Project at the SMULDERS factory in Niemodlin, Poland. We ensured all coating applications met project specifications and international standards through rigorous inspection, documentation, and quality control procedures.
