Hello, I’m Rafał Toczek, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the coating and corrosion protection industry. My career has taken me from the shop floor as a blaster/painter to leadership roles such as Offshore Department Manager and Project Manager, overseeing complex operations across Europe in both the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Trade from the University of Gdańsk and am a certified FROSIO Level III Coating Inspector. My expertise spans surface preparation, coating inspection, quality control, and technical advisory, with a deep understanding of international standards like ISO, ASME, ASTM, NACE, and SSPC.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed multinational teams, conducted coating condition surveys, led offshore maintenance campaigns, and provided training and certification for painters and blasters. I’m known for my attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to high-quality results.

Whether it’s a wind farm in the North Sea or a shipyard in Gdańsk, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to every project. I’m passionate about ensuring long-lasting protection for critical infrastructure and continuously improving industry standards.

When I’m not on-site or reviewing technical specs, I enjoy football, exploring World War II history, and traveling to new places.
